As you would expect, Standout Property Manager has a comprehensive data entry system for storing contacts. As well as being able to store name and address, Standout Property Manager has the ability to store Applicants/Tenants, Vendors, Landlords, Solicitors, Contractors and Rent Guarantors. The ability to contact by both email and SMS.

Create specific property match requirements for areas, specifications and price ranges.

As you would expect, Standout Property Manager has a comprehensive data entry system for storing properties or businesses for either sales or lets. As well as being able to store property basics such as address and owner. Standout Property Manager has the ability to multiple features of the property, running costs, council information, bullet points, detailed floor and room information (including photos). Directions from your office to the property.

Store detailed rental information such as certificates, repairs, service appointments, rent reviews. Automate advertising board requests. Manage viewings and offers from potiental buyers, including sending letters by post or email.

Match properties to buyers

As you would expect, Standout Property Manager has a comprehensive, customisable matching element, so your client’s requirements can be as broad or as specific as they like.

When properties are matched to a contact, details of those properties are automatically sent, with no additional effort. Within minutes of a property going live, matching buyers or tenants will know about it. No issues with staff having to remember to do it.

Produce letters for email and post

Whether you are confirming an appointment or offer, creating memorandum of sales or printing a rental agreement, the letter needs to be produced quickly and look professional.

All letter templates in Standout Property Manager are customisable, and should the need arise, you can add new templates as required.

Letters can be sent by email or printed, and there is no limit to the number you can create.

Also, with our estate agent software, generating letters does not require Microsoft Word or any other software, as everything is handled by Standout Property Manager.

Produce brochures

Whether you are representing a residential or commercial client, have the ability to create a unique, branded brochure for printing, emailing and downloading, from either your own website or portals. Create window cards for shop frontage display.

Tasks & Diary

Including an integrated diary, which records all valuations and viewings, as well as allowing you to add custom appointments, such as inspection visits.

Marketing properties for sale and to let

The ability to market a property quickly is essential. It keeps the vendor or landlord happy and helps get viewings as quickly as possible. Your property results on a Standout Website are more informative than a property portal.

That being said we know how important property portals are and as such we feed to those you subscribe to in real time or overnight.

As well as online marketing, we help with offline by producing property details sheets and window cards.

Portals

Standout Property Manager gives you the ability to switch on and off portals. We offer direct links to over 30 portals.

The option that if you subscribe to a portal which isn't listed but uses the BLM (Rightmove v3) format, you can set up the feed of your properties to that portal.

Property details - client matching properties

Attach agency specific PDFs to email

Standout Property Manager gives you the ability to send additional PDF documents (for example terms and conditions) with specific letters.

PDF documents can be uploaded and added to letter templates. This allows them to be attached automatically and sent. Without relying on staff to include them.

Reports

Standout Property Manager offers reports to ensure you stay on top of your business.

Reports fall into three categories - Managment, Properties and Rentals. Including statements, financials, certificates and Section 19 HMRC returns.

Holiday management

Standout Property Manager offers the control of staff holidays. Based on managers (who authorise/refuse) and staff (who request), holidays can be requested, approved, refused and fully recorded within the system. Holidays are shown in user profiles and administration sections.

Custom branding

Standout Property Manager offers custom branding of letters, brochures and emails maintaining a consistant brand identification for your agency.
